In the course of the year, the Secretariat engaged in public education on hydrometeorological disasters on both radio and community information centres in the Municipality. 

Radio

On Monday, 13^th June, 2022 there was radio discussion at the Golden Star FM Studio on the causes

of flooding and its preventive measures. Panelists from the outfit were made up of the Officer

in-charge of Operations, Mr. Herman Joseph Boateng, the Deputy Administrator, Mr. Alford Andoh

and the Zonal Project Officer/PRO, Mr. Patrick Smith.  See pictures
