2021 MMDAS ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH AND SANITATION PERFORMANCE. AGONA WEST TOPS CENTRAL REGION TABLE

Agona West was adjudged the most performing MMDA in Central Region in area of Environmental Health and Sanitation management for the year 2021.

The Assembly also won the same award in 2018, 2019 and 2020.

It therefore means the Assembly has won it 4 years on the roll.

Speaking on their performance, the Central Regional Minister Hon Junstina Marigold Assan commended officers and staff of the Agona West Municipal Assembly particulaerly staff of the Enviromental Health Department

for ones again emerging as the central regional winner for the fourth consecutive time. 

The even which was held on the Wednesday, 3rd February 2022 at the Central Regional Coordinating Council brought together all the Metropolitan, Municipal, District Assemblies accompanied by their chiefs.
